To ensure a smooth and efficient contract printing process, we have a set of guidelines that all clients must follow. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Submitting at least 1 Purchase Order per month
  • Using the provided contract price list for order pricing
  • Providing a formal purchase order with all required details
  • Supplying print-ready artwork at the correct size, see special instructions.
  • Including virtual garment photo mock-ups with accurate print dimensions
  • Specifying Pantone® Solid Coated colors for each design

Yes, you can provide your own garments for printing. However, all customer-supplied garments must be approved before printing to ensure they are suitable for our process. We also require an overage for potential misprints, as we cannot replace customer-supplied items.

Pricing improves with higher order quantities, fewer print colors, fewer print locations, and standard garment selections. Choosing standard ink colors and avoiding specialty prints (such as metallics or glow-in-the-dark) can also help reduce costs.

We offer a range of inks, including plastisol, water-based, and discharge inks. If you’re unsure, our team can recommend the best ink based on your design, garment material, and desired feel.
